Maher vs. the Birthers

I usually don't link to Op-Eds, but this one hits the spot:

And there's nothing anyone can do to convince these folks. You could hand them, in person, the original birth certificate and have a video of Obama emerging from the womb with Don Ho singing in the background ... and they still wouldn't believe it.

This can be true about a lot of subjects: 9/11 "truthers", the moon landing deniers, anti-vaccine liars, holocaust deniers, global warming deniers, creationists/IDers, etc.  You can present them the facts to their faces and they will still be in denial.  These people need to be confronted and defeated.
