Michelle was saying that as if Obama was president since November 4th. Obama was only president from January 20th through February 17th when she posted that, he didn’t preside over the 2000 point tumble. Only the president can preside, that’s why they are called a “president.” Bush presided over most the tumble Michelle blames Obama for, so the statement Now, imagine if President Bush had presided over a 2,000-point stock market tumble in the same time period doesn’t make sense cause of the time frame.
I don’t see how I can explain this any further.
