Eight Years Too Late, David

It's nice to see a right-wing hack defend a Democrat for once. 

But how viable will our Constitution be if five Supreme Court justices should decide to void 64 million ballots?

Hmmm, does this sound familiar?  Where was David when the Supreme Court disenfranchised the majority who voted for Gore?  Eight years too late, David.
